All I can say is that Some of your staff members are really rude to clients no like seriously. I regret coming there for help ,I'm never gonna come back to that place again EVER ,as a matter of a fact I'm planning on porting. And exactly what is this thing of clients can't do sim swaps at stores such pep or Pick n pay and Shoprite ,we have to come straight to cell c so much hussle I mean like really ,then when we get there we have to remember five frequently called numbers ,how will I know that if I lost my sim card with my phone,and then after that I have to wait four long hours before using my new sim.

very unwelcoming staff, not bothered at all. the lady's name is mujaki send me pillar to post just to do a sim swap. the customer service did it for me and I highly recommend the company take her for customer service course or refresher course.

I recently opened a Cell C contract at this branch, after submitting my Documents, they had used the same documents to fraudulently open two MTN contracts online, the staff there are criminals and they need to be investigated. The exact same certified documents were used so this is how I know it came from this branch. PEOPLE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DOCUMENTS!!

I once went there and was told that they can not do sim swap, i was given the customer service email of which the customer service reply saying sim swap can only be done at a cell c shop. Am going back tomorrow 5 February 2022 for the same issue.
