Bought a house through them and now the house will be costing me around R150k to fix the roof. En-suite bathroom rook leaking when it rains. Secondly a few days after taking occupation of the house, we discovered stray cats leaving in our roof. The house is not properly sealed off on the side of the top wall where the roof sits and this made iteasy for stray cats to make the roof top their cozy home.
