Denny Express Group POINT OF SALE

Hi we bought a POSM from these people.VERY DISAPPOINTEDThe POSM arrived and didn't not even have a system in it when it arrived.. Packed in broken box on arrival . The screen must as old as the ark you cannot even connect to wifi or even with a Lan cable and will never connect too old .. Complete waste of a lot of money. When turn on.. All its said was operating system not foundDenny told us the drive had moved during courier service.. The box was actually broken when it arrived.. The screen at the back it scratched and broken and really bad second hand conditionBoth Izak and his counter part tried for 2 days to install a program. But without success.Using 6 hours of my time in video call.Then it needed a new version and another update. Still no successWe pay a lot of money for a second hand POSM system that does not work and will never work.. Please be careful of this company.. They will not even take our calls or phone us back.. Shocking service absolutely waste of huge money.These guys Rip you off and leave you without any after sales service support guidance. Just an empty POSM system...Next is hello Peter as we get no response from Denny expressWill be contacting consumer protection services act to assist with the above

Very disappointed, bought a complete POS system, but there is no software on the computer and till was badly damaged. Isaac won't answer his phone or reply on email. A total waste of money.Please think again to do business with Denny ExpressIt is not even 1/5, rather a - 10/5
