My phone had a cracked screen, about 4 months after they had fixed it, the touch Is not responding properly, blue lines through the screen the left hand side touch doesn't work. The screen continuously freezes and jumps all over the place, don't recommend going there at all. You would just be wasting your money pay extra and go to Vodacom or somewhere more reputable.They phoned me the other week asking me why I gave them a one star review on hello peter and on Google. I am entitled to give them what review I want I cut the call and they phoned again. If they did such a bad job first time why would I send it again. They said I must bring the device in and see what's the fault, if they say it's my fault why must I pay again. It's obviously a workmanship issue if the phone screen is peeling off, how can it be my fault if they use cheaper screens and cheap glue.

I searched for a business to help me repair my Apple Watch and am so glad I came across NCC on google! I had excellent service and my watch was fixed while I waited! I will definitely use their services again!
