Been there a couple of times, customer service is distant, disorganized and unfriendly, you basically stand around which seems like forever and wait your turn for someone to assist you.

Horrible service. Staff staring at me, when i asked to be assisted the lady at the front counter refused and said she's busy with a attitude. I eventually got service and they did a sim swap on the wrong number.

Incredibly rude staff with zero customer service. Please save yourself time and grief and go elsewhere. I didn’t even get the help I needed

MTN is fine when everything goes right. Horrible customer service when it goes wrong. I'm waiting for 3 weeks (not kidding) for them to refund money due to a bug in their app.The customer care emails go like this (and these are separate emails): give me proof of payment, I want one that's like from a bank in South Africa, give me your phone number again, give me the proof of payment as a pdf, give me the date that you paid, give me phone number again, please send me proof of payment, please tell me if you used our app or not, we've concluded that you did not use or app so go to your bank, reopen ticket and go through it all again.This is besides going to their store and calling with their champions. Like talking to bots. Which is very trending I guess.

I'm about to cancel my MTN contract. This outlet was not much good to me. I don't blame them but i don't have a suitable shop in my area. MTN is making me more tired every day

Staff is friendly some times they must not always look people with suspicious eyes not all of us are thieves or skelems. Sometimes we just look tired or lost because we are tired. Otherwise they give good service

Incredibly rude staff member. Just go elsewhere and save yourself some grief.I ended up going to the V&A store instead, and the staff were great.I hope she works on commission
