Even though Waseef couldn't assist me personally until the next day, he had someone else (Ziyaad), call me within 5mins and ready to fetch the car even though it was late at night. Amazing service from both of them. Will definitely recommend!

After my insurance cancelled them several times, thus leaving me stranded for new years eve at the V&A waterfront. They came to help me at their cost to get my vehicle out of the undercover parking. After discussing a few possibilities of what to do. They offered to take my car to their yard for the night and then deliver it to the repair agent first thing the next morning at no extra charge.They are extremely professional and friendly. I would hands down recommend them to everyone in the Cape Town area!

Excellent service. I called Cape City Towing and talked to a very friendly and helpful person. They dispatched the tow truck immediately and were there to retrieve my car in about 5 minutes. All for the lowest price around. I highly recommend them.
