This store is definitely attractive to the eye, especially if you are a mother or grand mother. Great clothing ranges for babies, girls and boys. Ladies range is also small but ok including underwear. The mens section is very small and very limited.

Every visit is extremely poor, no service. Purchasing a phone have to wait half hour before someone tells you anything. Then its faulty a month later and cannot get ahold of the store. Number goes to an answering machine for days.

Ackermans is a great store to shop at especially for young children in terms of affordability and decent quality clothes.However the Ackermans in Meadowdale Mall could use a serious attitude adjustment.This is the third consecutive time I've visited this store and when asking for assistance from one of the staff, am either given dirty looks or helped with the bare minimum of effort.The store also lacks clothing for boys aged 1-2 years old and when asked when they will receive the staff don't give a clear answer.I'd recommend going to any other Ackermans store EXCEPT this one.

Had the best service ever, so i went to buy a shirt was going to a function, it needed some ironing, wasn't going to the house after the purchase and the lady offered to iron it for me .greatest customer service ever
