Pick n Pay express now open.Half their products have no prices. They can't keep stock of sugar-free drinks - in this health-conscious age they just have sugar sugar sugar. I love the renovations they have done to their store. And the fact that its pick and pay franchised means stuff is cheaper. I could find things that I could not find before. The staff is super friendly and the do their job super effeciently

Under new management, this place is so user unfriendly. Last week, I couldn't withdraw cash at the till and today I couldn't pay for fuel inside with my groceries. What the hell is the point of PnP and BP being together if I can't even have the convenience of using both their facilities without all this hassle? The employees all say its because of new management. Get your ducks in a row!

New attendants need to trained properly, second time it has happened when the attendant took over twenty minutes to try redeem a Vodapay voucher and eventually had to pay with credit card

The customer service is excellent if you drive a nice car. Parked for more than 20min with all the petrol attendants ignoring me. The only assistance I got was them pointing me to the tap so I can go get my own water to put in my car. Even after they were done assisting fancy cars, they all stood back and watched me clean my windows. WOW dissapointing

Having a Pick n Pay Express here makes this a convenient garage. Service is good too.
