I booked the Airbnb at the Mandela Rhodes Place & Hotel in Cape Town for my birthday weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it, especially because of how accommodating and lovely my host, Tyler, was. Tyler responded to all of my concerns and exceptionally so at a first rate. It was also my first Airbnb experience where a host was as accommodating as him and it genuinely and truly warmed my hearted. The place was pleasantly clean, despite the fact that I did a last minute booking which means they’re always ready! The general management of the place and the Airbnb itself is top tier. Check in is pretty easy and the security guards there are also so lovely. Tyler made the whole process and the stay itself such a breeze, even checking in on me and wishing me a pleasant stay. Really excited to possibly try out the rest of the Airbnb’s of the ZWARTGROUP in Cape Town because the management of this Airbnb alone combined with Tyler being the sweetest host left me shook.
