The manager is absolutely great and the service is good. Potty the cover we wanted had a dirt mark and they couldn't sell it at a discount and was the last one and there's only 4 in the country, two which are in kzn and 1 in Eastgate.

If you love having your time wasted, patience tested, or generally in the mood for frustration. Go to this store… they never call back when they say they will; every visit is like torture since you have to wait an eternity to be assisted. Also the store has no air-con so you’re sweating while there! Took 3 days just to book in a brand new iPhone 14Pro with an out-of-the-box fault. Still waiting for my new device… Terrible.

Very poor service. Upgraded and it took well over 2hours!!! Really?? Each time there was a different excuse for the delay!! Won’t be back, will rather go the the Vodacom store!!!

Staff always friendly. If it weren’t for the service department and general bureaucracy, I would rate Cresta iStore and iStores in general as a five.Service department is HIGHLY frustrating due to 1) being understaffed and needing to wait a LONG time in a standing queue to be helped and 2) the device checks and book-in process takes forever. It is not unusual for people to have to wait 45-60 minutes and more from time of walking in to leaving after having been addressed and helped by the service department.It literally just took 70 minutes to book a phone in for battery replacement, and then get an Apple Watch as part of the Discovery benefit. Always a pain and would not put up with it if it weren’t for the products.

Katlego and Phillip has been super helpful today and this isn't the first time Katlego has assisted me with excellent customer service.

Useless queueing system prepare to have to sit for 40 minutes to collect a repair. Even home affairs has a collection counter...

Staff manager, she was very rude.Refusesd to sell an iPhone 14 adaptor at 16.40. Store showed on website that store closes at 19.00. would not ever go back or recommend the store to anyone. What a disgusting experience for cresta mall which I drove over 40km to get to. SIES.

Tsibiso assisted me yesterday with my new Macbook. He is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, friendly and just an all round nice person to deal with. Thank you Tsibiso for taking such good care of me.
