Called in to get a price on renting a drill and drill bit for the day. The price on the phone was R360 for both (R300 for the drill and R60 for the drill bit). When my technician arrived at the store to pick it up the price suddenly jumped to R450. Spoke to the salesmen and got no apology, instead he tried to move to focus on me being a new client and that they need all sorts of documentation from us to proceed (which they didn't mention initially either). Safe to say that this store will not see me or my business ever again.
