Habco Gas geysers are the worst products. We have two 20L devices of which one Habco replaced the motherboard and some round rubber parts. Never had an issue again but the seconds geyser did not get a new motherboard and we are having endless issues with this geyser since day one. Habco were here on a few occasions but on their last visit the guy told me the installation wasn't done properly... Habco were here with the plumber when both geysers were installed and didn't mention anything. Both geysers had the exact same installation, there is absolutely no difference between the two. It's so amazing how they would always looking for something to blame you instead of facing the fact. The second geyser doesn't start at all, new batteries and new gas bottle even though the old bottle wasn't empty and still under their so called warranty(useless warranty)..... Don't buy this product, we were promised the new version a month or 2 later when they new stock arrives but Franco don't remember this at all. We bought these geisers in lock down level 5 hence Franco didn't had stock on the newer models that we paid for and was made a promise to replace these old ones as soos as his new stock arrives but that didn't happen after multiple phone calls. The service from Habco is really disappointing to say the least, stay away and buy another product.

We've bought this geyser 1 yr ago.. Mostly, doesn't ignite on the first time. Wastes alot of water. Forever having problems.. Will definitely not recommend
