Sent phone in because the battery life was shot got it back last week still same problem and now back of phone was not put back properly and opening and now wireless charging not working since I sent it in took it back today and was told all they did was a software upgrade if that's all they did why was the phone opened really now I must drive up and down.

Exceptional service from Mr Piet Avontuur and his manager! After receiving dog-like treatment from Vodacom store in Northgate. My Samsung S21 Ultra did not want to charge, Piet sorted it in a flash! Replaced the charging port while I was waiting. All I can say is WOW! WOW! WOW!
