Today i had the privilege of visiting the new branch in Monty's this afternoon.The store is clean and tidy with a friendly atmosphere.The service! Unlike chain pharmacies, I feel like I'm the most important customer Royal Pharmacy has, as does every customer. When I had questions regarding my prescription, I received fast and helpful answers.

An Amazing Pharmacy Experience with smiles all-around. Splendid to see that there's a Pharmacy who steps out of their way to ensure Patient satisfaction.

The staff at this pharmacy is remarkable. They possess an exceptional level of professionalism and expertise. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided valuable advice on managing my medications effectively. Their kind and compassionate approach made me feel comfortable, knowing that my well-being was their top priority. I must mention the clean and inviting atmosphere of the pharmacy. The staff took great pride in maintaining a hygienic environment for their customers.

Royal pharmacyToday Friday 18th Nov 2022 about12 h00I decided to get my perscription from Royal pharmacy to support them .Upon entering ... It was quite confusing ...but needless to say I was shown where to hand in my perscription.I handed my script to the person behind the counter she seemed nice.There was so much noise ! hussle and bussle people shouting loud!They were moving in and out of probably where they keep the script meds . Could not tell if staff because on phones and much Idle chat and loud!!Its such a small place which must have been staff as I presume public is not allowed behind perscription meds counter.Upon calling a customer behind me a thunder bolt of NEXT!!!!!!! and as loud as anything!!!!! Maybe as loud as starting a jumbo jet! ...This is the way customers are treated using this tone in a metre distance of space its sick!!Whilst I was standing their and waiting for my script to be captured right in my ear a black women shouted so loud to some one at the back I felt dizzy ! and I think my ear burst !I said please dont shout like that! You sound like thunder and my eardrum has burst.!!!Omw she retaliated and said who the hell do I think I am ! she said she can shout as she wishes! cussing cursing and shouting who the hell do I think I am???I said I am a customer and customers need respect and they should respect us! I asked her if she is working here . She retaliated again in a thunder voice told me its not my concern she can shout at customers as she feels!!!She defnitley works there as 3 of them came out from behind the dispensary counter. This one had a tight plat around her head very arrogant no manners no culture!WOW hopefully you donot condone this type of behaviourI asked for my script back and walked out.I donot know if the owners are aware of this conduct or behaviour or if its the norm how this place is run.If so I can say no decent person will go there ! Very unprofessional !!!If you have high standards you will not go here yuk!!!Dont waste your time here its no good . Too many people behind that counter on phones standing round idle shouting and not talking seems like no order . Question is.....then how safe and clean is the persciption meds???YUK!

Royal Pharmacy at the Monties Garage is an amazing pharmacy! They consistently provide exceptional service and personalised care. Their pharmacist Naaira is very easy to talk to and is patient, friendly, smart and always does more than she should to ensure that I receive the care I need. I have always been impressed by their ability to answer my questions with regards to my medications. Their pharmacy is neat, tidy and well-organised and they have a wide range, meaning I do not have to look for my prescriptions anywhere else. Royal Pharmacy stands out for their personalised service. They truly care about the well-being of their patients and are dedicated to ensuring that they receive the best possible care.

The new branch of Royal Pharmacy at the Monties garage is an outstanding pharmacy that is providing exceptional service. Their pharmacist naaira is highly knowledgeable, friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure patients receive the care they need. The pharmacy is very well run and organized and the staff ate very friendly and approachable. Always willing to address any concerns. The pharmacy is kept neat and tidy and they have everything with the best prices so I don't need to use any other pharmacy

Always receive friendly, professional service from everyone in the pharmacy. I could list the names of the exceptional staff but It wouldn't be fair as everyone plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of service offerings are kept high. Service is efficient with reasonable pricing. The staff are quite knowledgeable and very helpful. Would overall recommend.

I was told to contact Royal Pharmacy over WhatsApp to find out the times available for their clinic nurse, i was told she would be available then i paid for transport only to be greeted by unhelpful staff and then after waiting for 15mins i get told to come back another day as the nurse can't see me today. Very unprofessional and a waste of time and money.
