Worst customer service. Had to bite my tongue to not say something. Learn some people skills before you decide to sit in a job where you deal with people on a daily basis.

Your staff infront at the counters are so unfriendly and totally unprofessional.... they act like they are being foced to sit there .... i think you must get your staff to act better and treat your customers with respect..... not happy at all definitely wont use them again ...

Do you actually train your staff in customer service? They are rude and impatient (Hennopspark branch). They do not even make eye contact when interacting with customers....Please consider banning your staff from also chewing bubblegum...Terrible service, I just hope my package makes it to its destination.

I often use them and very happy with service. Very helpful staff

Worst ever. No respect for people or your parcels. From shouting over the phone to absolute disrespect for my wife that went to collect the parcel. My company will never make use of them again and i will not order from any other company that will use TCG for deliveries.

Do you vet your staff?We have just received the worst service from one of your couriers.It was absolutely appalling. To be sworn at because your staff doesn't know what he is collecting, refuses to give us a waybill, doesn't know where or what he's doing? We deal with several couriers nation wide. The Courier Guide has mixed up our orders numerous times in the past and we are taking the necessary preventative measures to ensure our packages are delivered to the correct address. Should your staff not be good ambassadors for your brand? The service was rubbish and it reflects very badly on your company. The Courier Guy" more like "The BAD SERVICE Guy""

Reading the reviews shocked me! I also had a terrible experience with a staff member from Hennopsmeer Courier Guyon the phone today. The way she spoke to me was shockingNot acceptable at all. Shame on you for speaking so disrespectful

Not even worth a 1 star rating. Front desk staff think they are God. Also noted that there is no response to complaints on this platform. This indicates a don't care attitude or non existent management. The only way to deal with such service is to spread the word and utilize companies who actually value our money. I walked away and used another bisiness. Definitely a NEVER again from me!!!!

My first time using courier guy (hennops) I felt like a small child being yelled at by the staff behind the counter, zero respect and an attitude higher then mount Everest, it was really an awful experience and I urge management to at least ask the staff why they treat customers with no respect , il definitely drive a bit further to another branch
