Vaal Dam Picnic Spot

We are having a great experience until thus far.The Vaal Marina Waterfront is kept in good condition, the restrooms and other facilities is clean upon use.We appreciate the warm welcome from the staff and personel.It is enjoyment beyond our expectation.

Best place to fish. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Place is well looked after.

We paid for the Friday and the Saturday. After we booked at 9 pm we decided to drive to the guest house. We phoned the owner many times to confirm our arrival. Every time we phoned it went through to voicemail. Friday night we had to sleep in the car because we couldn't get hold of the owners. Saturday morning the worker's opened for us so we could make some breakfast for our two little boys. I wouldn't recommend this experience too anyone, the house is very poorly maintained, the swimming pool is very unsafe for small children. No wifi, no aircons and no dstv for this price its a rip off. Till today the owner's didn't even reply with a sms to say sorry guys how can we fix this, guessing i'm paying for Friday as well.
