Got there 15 minutes before closing... The doors were locked... Staff refused to help....

Repairs were effected without my authorization, even though I had given specific instruction to quote me first. When initially enquired about a rough estimate on what it would cost I was told that it's impossible without the quote. However, after the unauthorized repairs were effected and a price was given I was told that this was an absolute bargain and thay the jeweler must have made a mistake because it normally costs more. Funny how suddenly the store is aware of the cost of repair when 2 weeks prior it was impossible to estimate.
