Never had any service as I tried to pay with my debit card and was rudely told he had no card machine. He said it costs 5%......how can we possibly make money that way! So I said I need to pay somehow he abruptly said pay by cash or eft. I looked on my phone to see the quote so I could work out if I had enough cash to pay the 50%deposit but he ushered me to the door and said our banking details are on the quote! He never lost 5% he lost a 100% and I will definitely not be requiring their service. What happened to customer first! Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere!

Astonishingly unimpressed with the service I am receiving from shutterscape. I purchased blinds about 5 years ago from them and was happy, but recently the service has gone to the dumps.They installed the wrong product and are hounding for the balance of the payment.I have however been trying to resolve this isse by emailing (about 7 unanswered emails and multiple calls), suggesting alternatives etc. They flat out ignore me and the only communication I receive is from the accounts department telling me to pay for said incorrect product.Stay far away unless you are prepared to have terrible follow up service.

We had our shutters installed just over 2 years ago, and it's one of the best investments made during our home renovations. Initially we considered the wood version, but after the rep explained the differences with aluminium we changed our mind and happy we did. Can highly recommend the Shutters Cape team.

We have received the most phenomenal service from Sedrick, Reinhardt and the team at Shutters Cape. They went the extra mile to give advice on the type of shutter, keeping in mind our coastal climate, pricing and the best fit. When it came to production, they were meticulous about the measurement and we had installation and delivery at least a week before we expected it to be ready. I would definitely recommend them.
