Cashier refused to save us saying she doesn't have a Parker ,I mean that's horrible,she even refused to pack for the other cashier who helped us even when her manager instructed her to do so not well trained and the Staff packing had to hurry us up as she complained about going home.....Management needs to employee people who are willing to work an extra mile.

The waiting period in the queues are sometimes long. Not all workers are helpful or friendly. They could definitely benefit from some client service training.

Generally a nice shop, need to get better security to get rid of beggars and harrasment outside their store. Food Corp the Centre owners do not care about safety or security of the patrons. Shoprite is complicit by allowing that. I'd only shop there when desperate.

Dont like shopping there because of all the bad element lurking around waiting to bag snatch or rob. Not going back there again and the shop is always in disarray

This branch has noticeably improved and now has a few more friendly and courteous staff members, and the music is no longer blasting your head off as you shop. There are always specials, although they don't stock some brands. Good vegan selection in the freezer, and the best freshly baked bread and panini rolls in the area. Shout out to the fresh produce guys, they're always on the ball. Please don't drop this newfound standard, it's so much better to shop here now.
