I went to buy an auxillary battery and they said it's gona be an an hour to install it because they will also plug in a computer(which is a lie coz no computer needed). They wanted to charge me an hour's labour of 1500.00 while putting the aux battery is less than 10mins. Bear in mind that i bought my car there in 2017.What about customer retention ?

The service was fast and friendly. The work done explained as well as extra work required. The choice to replace wiper blades was given to me. Good coffee is available for free. At Mercedes in Centurion biscuits and muffins were also available but not at this venue. The waiting place is comfortable. The Covid requirements were in place.

Most useless service I got here from any mercedes garage . It took them 10 times to correct simple details on my invoice with regards to my personal info and general car details . The garage did not even check my tyre pressures when received my car back from its general service.useless garage. Please think twice begire taking your vehicle here...From a Proud AMG owner

Not impressed, I booked my 2015 A200 in 3 weeks ago for a service specifically telling them that I would wake up early and drive from Hermanus to be there early at 0830 so that they could work on it and have the car back to me on the same day. I specifically told them I had already taken the car to another dealership and that the fault could not be cleared with a machine. After several hours of waiting at the nearby mall I called in three times to be promised a call back, and nothing. On the 4th call, they said they had the car in the workshop now, and that they would start diagnostics, this is at 1400. What is the point of booking an appointment and getting there early?Having been called back, I have been told that the fault cannot be cleared with the machine (Information I already knew before taking it in), and that the car would need to be booked in to be looked at, and that it would take days of labour.I will not return to Mercedes Paarl, what a joke.

Terrible service if you tell then you live in val de vie they find extra faults and charge you more, they did this with both our mercs. We took it to milnerton branch and prices was half! Stay away if you call to here how far they are they say they will call you back and they never call back.

Incredible service from this dealership in particular Grazelle and Ria who went above and beyond to get my car deal processed super efficient, super friendly. My dream car will shortly arrive thanks to these amazing ladies .

Catastrophic - Mercedes Benz service have deteriorated. NO parts available from 1 to 16 January! New system. Needed brake pads - had to buy myself and ask it to be fitted.
