The mall is very busy over month ends and the recent breaches in security have Benn alarming. Stores are brazenly robbed by gun wielding assailants and it poses a security risk for patrons. Whilst this is not a regular occurrence it is a matter of concern and its something the mall management should look into

The first mall I have come across with so much security. security that do no work.disabled parking exists for disabled people yet security allow fit and abled people to park in disabled parking, why??why does this mall have no rules in place and why are the security guards so lazy??

Do not deal with Techtronics in the Mall. I purchased a cell phone cover on condition that I’d be refunded if it didn’t fit. When I returned with it and the original invoice and wrapping in perfect order the attendant refused to refund me and would not give me the owners cell no. I’m disgusted and will never deal with them again. In fact I’m taking this further.

What a clean and neat mall! There's a wide variety of shops that cater for everyone. Just a pity about the grumpy security guard we encountered.
