By far the worst web hosting provider out there.Unreliable and unhelpful support - when they decide to be online as most fo the time when submitting a support request you have to send a message and await forever for someone to reply with an unhelpful answer.Also unable to process debit orders so have to manually log in and make payments every single month.To cut a long story short, here's my experience in one sentence: Problem after problem then some incompetent assistance, then some more problems.My advice: Stay away... stay far away

Online certificate renewal does not work, after making payment and receiving the payment confirmation email from smartweb, the certificate is still the old one. I logged a ticket, and got a response stating that they will get back to me. But i'm still waiting

Years of happy service until recently. Their interface doesn't work properly for loading the certificates. We got pretty close to having down time because of the issue and had to raise a support ticket. The phone number doesn't work when you call it. Overall, a poor experience we're not looking forward to repeating next year.

After some years of great service, Smartweb has taken an unfortunate nosedive in its service offering. They are impossible to reach through their ticketing system, email, phone or social media, for even the most basic of tasks (like ensuring that payments made reflect inside their own system). Step it up, Smartweb!

i`ve bought the website and hosting package. I have some experience creating my own websites (I`ve created about 6 all together). When working with this website builder, I couldn`t get the site to display properly for both mobile and desktop versions, which means my site will look very unprofessional. I`ve logged 2 support tickets. Had no acknowledgement or support in 6 days, never mind within 24 hours. Very disappointing
