I have brittle sore cuticles 3 days after treatment, owner was there buttalking non stop to another customer about personal matters. besides saying ‘hi’never came over to enquire whether I was satisfied. wont go there ever again

The best beauty salon I've ever been to! The staff, are friendly and sensible (not snobbish or vacant), they sell some lovely clothes and there's a real family atmosphere. Thank you for the great service

This salon is just fantastic. Staff are lovely and friendly. I had a mani and pedi and 13 dys later my polish is still going strong. And it is just normal nail polish not gel . Highly recommend this salon and I will back.

I have been going to Perfectly Polished for about the past 14 years, I have always had the same nail technician, Viola who is not only fantastic but has now become a close friend. They have revamped the store since I've been going there to make it much more modern and to not only do all beauty treatments but also now sell a wide selection of clothing, jewelry and little bits and bobs. The owner, Caroline is also such a wonderful lady and has ensured that all measures have been met as per the business regulation requirements for Covid. If you're looking for a nice, relaxing, friendly environment to enjoy your spoiling, I can only recommend you go here

I have been going to PP every 2 - 3 weeks for at least a year. The Receptionist could do with a little customer services training but did get back to me and assist with a booking. The service and quality of work from the beauticians is excellent.
