Thank you Gadget Paradise Hyde Park. After my cellphone fell in a river they were able to retrieve all my data and fix my iphone for a very affordable price. I would have lost one whole years worth of business contacts had they not have come to my rescue! Not even Apple iStore were able to fix my phone or retrieve my data. But gadget paradise could. Thank you for the great efficient service.

I had the worst experience at Gadget Paradise in Southgate. I paid R1000 2 weeks ago to fix my iphone as it was not charging. I went in this morning for the same problem and they told me to pay another R700. Pathetic service.

The owner of the Hyde Park store went way beyond the extra mile to sort out a problem that was the fault of the Gadget Paradise store in PE. He showed amazing commitment to his customers and his brand - and backed it up with immediate action. I'm super impressed!

Pathetic service sold my mom the incorrect cover for her device, twice. The cover they gave her and that they fitted for her has damaged her Ipad for being too small. An absolute joke.
