Don't waste your money buying from this place, they don't appear to have the parts, they don't even bother quoting once coming to have a look. The technician was not even prepared to remove the front panel to look properly, and he misdiagnosed anyway from where he looked through the outside panel. The leak was not coming from where he said it was. They just sent a ridiculous invoice for coming out to look, but after that you won't get the problem fixed. Much better service from almost any other spa bath company. I called them after a few weeks, to find out if the owner is aware of the poor service from their service department, and the receptionist Lauren just said she will pass it on. No attempt to rescue their reputation. I have found out that I am one of many customers that have converted their spa baths to other systems, due to the lack of service by Summerplace Spa baths. Very disappointing indeed.

Don't buy this proodct. I Bought a BRAND new spa bath only to have it installed and find its leaking, still waiting for technician to come and check it, poor sevice I'm not convinced of this product.I posted this 2 months ago still waiting for this company to come out, they say u have a 1 year warranty, don't fall for that lies, all lies.
