The pharmacy keeps hanging up on my phone call. It rings, someone picks up and immediately hangs up. I've made a purchase for a pharmacy item over a month ago and till today no one has contacted me to let me know it's ready. I keep getting hung up on.

I was at soshanguve plaza clicks wanting prescribed medication for my son by a virtual doctor throughout affinity health the pharmacist there Boitumelo Monaka and a Beverly Bokaba they were very nonchalant with assisting me and asking relevant questions and looking for relevant information so that I could be assisted instead all they suggested was for me to take a seat and wait for Jesus to come down from heaven.It’s very upsetting to find such service from a clicks because personally I’m a clicks customer and I always preferred clicks for my toiletries, my medication… literally everything… and being treated the way I was… was rather heartbreaking.Hope they will be addressed accordingly.
