I bought a dishwasher here in Jan 2023 and by May 2023, the powder box was already faulty and not closing at all. I tried phoning the center and nobody would ever pick up the phone. When I finally visited the store in person to arrange a technician to come see the dishwasher, it was easy to arrange since I still had my warranty document. After the technician's visit, he said it was a simple fix and would be back within a week to come complete the job. Now, two weeks later, I havent had any communication from them and my dishwasher, only 5 months old, is still not working properly.I love the idea of buying appliances with slight scratches so that they dont go to waste, but this company needs to deliver on its quality promises as well as improve its customer service. Not cool.Forgot to mention - during my visit to arrange a technician appointment, I checked out the exact same model of dishwasher in the store and it was having the exact same problem as mine - I pointed this out to the saleswoman who arranged to have the model removed from the showroom.

My fridge stopped cooling after a few months of purchasing it, when I contacted Cape Town Appliances about it I received very efficient and professional communication. It was collected the next day to be fixed and I was given a loaner fridge while they had mine. It was fixed perfectly and sent back to me with no charges. All in all I was extremely impressed with my experience.

It's simple to locate appliances and easy to read price tags.

I strongly suggest if u find something u like and believe me, u will. They have the largest variety of modern appliances under one roof and amazing prices but they dented slightly here an there but that also means the item has fallen or been dropped or knocked. So ask the staff to switch it on and listen for any weird sounds and if u happy have them deliver. The service is great and is only rivaled by the after sales service, and if u have an issue they will be on it immediately or refund u within 24hours. All round great retail experience would recommend them anytime. Ask for Tommy or Adiel u won't be sorry.

The worst decision one can make in life is to buy from this shop.Never again.Rather go to Macro or any other reliable appliance shops.Stay away selling dead things come to life.

When they opened the prices were affordable, now they charge R800 for a second hand microwave with a door that doesn’t even open. Found myself purchasing one from Checkers instead
