Used to love this store. Last 3 times no stock of products wanted and advertised and constantly have to ask for assistance and queues are long due to limited tills being open. Not worth the drive and if I wanted to order online I would have.

Today we collected our online purchase of a generator from Little Falls branch. Only to arrive at home and realize it is the incorrect product. Took it back to return for the correct product. Was told that it was similar in coding and they do not have stock of the item that I have purchased online, even though I received a call on Friday to say my item has arrived for collection. I'm positive that someone else was either handed the product by mistake like we received the incorrect item or false advertising of things in stock and handing you a different item and hope you dont realize. Extremely disgusted with bad service

What an excellent store. The staff are educated and really helpful. In comparison to the average hardware store in South Africa they really shoot the lights out. The store is clean and the stock is regularly updated with and amazing variety. There is a Mugg and Bean located at the front of the store if you are tired and would like to grab something to eat. The prices are possibly a tad more expensive than other hardware stores, but the variety is much better.

All I can say is wow, what amazing service Aviwe Mlabaleki. You went out of your way to get the paint colour that was on a display I saw in store. This is why I shop at Leroy Merlin Little Falls. Brilliant service. Keep it up

The positive attitude of the staff is Brilliant. I had a problem with the inverter I bought, no argument, assistance from multiple people, the clear focus was to be helpful and educational. I will continue to drive the extra distance to the store based on the pleasant nature of the experiences I have had.

This store service is really unacceptable. No guys able to help. The queue at the back has more than one till, more than one person behind the counter but only one person able to use the till. Standing for almost an hour and only helping 2 customers in that time. Great place but not worth your time if you expect customer service.

You can find anything and everything you'll need for your DIY or home improvement projects. Some ranges do lack variety. The staff on the floor are not singing helpful and not so friendly, most walk around with disgruntled looks upon their faces.... like you are doing them a disservice by being there and asking for assistance. The staff also tend to remark, to each other, once they've finished assisting" you and you've interrupted their conversations. If you finally find someone to assist
