Dikhololo Super Tube Area

Dikhololo is a lovely place. Receptionist are fast, friendly and efficient. You can buy prepaid electricity at reception to use for air con at the chalets.Chalets are kept clean, fully equipped kitchen, a safe in every house, dstv with very few channels. Nice private braai area for every chalet and outside sitting area. Chalets are wheelchair accessible. There is private parking and washing line at each house. There's a cleaning service on Saturday for weekend visitors. Elands, dassies, mongoose and apes walk around between the houses. There's a great variety of birds.There are facilities for one to keep busy. Warm and cold water pools, super tube (at a small fee), tennis court (bring own equipment and book ar reception to use the court, floodlights not so good, one side of court is a bit dark, court surface could do with a retouch), action cricket pitch, beach volleyball, putt-putt, pillow trampoline, lapas, restaurant, bar, convenience store, spa (which must be pre-booked).I forgot to mention the 10km gravel road leading up to the entrance...yep, I said 10km, so be mindful of the car you use to go there.

R150 for half day and R250 for a full day for usage of the tube is a bit of a joke... The super tube is not extremely well maintained, nor is the pool very clean, yet this can't be a free facility...Please pay R100 for the remainder of my review...

Lots of fun. Water were clean and affordable

I went there with my family and k enjoyed it tremendously. Not only did me and my brother use the super tube but my parents and grandparents and many other adults were enjoying it too. The pool you land in is heated but deep so be careful as the tube gives you a bit of a push but that's normal. I enjoyed it alot. But you do have to pack some snacks and drinks as there is no shop there and if you ant one you will have to walk quite a ways back to find one.

This place was simply beautiful. A nature reserve where you can sit by the watering hole and just watch. Sit for a while and you may just catch a glimpse of the zebra or giraffes.Nice bar and restaurant friendly staff. Small shop.swimming pool outside and inside. Great place for a relaxing chilled out holiday

Great fun!! A must if you are staying at Dikololo.

What a awesome place. Home from very beautiful and very relaxing. A lot of buck to the houses very tame and so beautiful. Houses very luxurious and very well equipped. Stunning place to recharge indeed

Love this place. The super tube was great fun for all ages.

Great place, good fun for the whole family

It's a lovely set-up amongst the rocks. Plenty of shade and a pool provide nice space for parents while the kids play on the tube. Do need to pack drinks and snacks though as there is nothing at that pool.
