Terrible service. Cleaners don't arrive, disorganized billing service (still waiting for a credit on a booking where no one showed up as scheduled) and very little communication with the customer. This all after being a loyal client for several months and giving the company a second chance. Wouldn't recommend at all! Be sure to check their Facebook reviews for accurate feedback.

Domestly is an online domestic-worker booking app. I've been utilizing the app for about 5 weeks, and so far it seems the system runs flawlessly in terms of booking and cancelling appointments, but there are some glitches when it comes to moving days of the week or adjusting your preferences for the days that you do book (i.e full day or half day). For these changes you would have to contact someone at the service which is slightly inconvenient. The ladies that have visited me seemed hard working, trust worthy and friendly. I will definite continue using the app

Awful experience. Live in Edenvale...both the 'domestic hero' and her supervisor were unhelpful, unfriendly and I felt like as I was asking for favour. The 'hero' left at 13.30 after a terrible job...the house looked no better. Refused to do most things. So left half day at 13.30, when I paid for full day of 8 hours...I am so upset. Will never recommend them!!

I was referred to Domestly by a good friend.But I have very poor service from them.I had my white clothes washed together with reds on 90 degrees...everything shrunk and was pink, my lampshades switches were damaged, my designer couch leg was broken off...iron and ironing board was dropped and broken,clothes were stolen, they told me I would be paid out for all the damages and losses but paid out R1600 for all the damages.There staff are not trained nor criminal checked at all.They were very rough with my furniture, bashed the vacuum around, bashed the mop against my tables and skirtings.And if corrected they would become very rude.
