Park Inn by Radisson Polokwane

The place is so beautiful and the atmosphere is great. The waiters not friendly, it seems they are doing you a favor when you speak to them, they just sulk.

I visited the hotel on the 31st and left on the 1st. It is a beautiful place, and cute rooms and beautiful bathroom and it is close to things around. However our room had lots ants near the window and we ended up finding where they came from, there was a bone under the dressing table that caused them, I was a little disappointed to think that it's possible it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. But we enjoyed our stay and the buffet breakfast was tasty and had lots of options. The staff was also welcoming. Definitely coming back

I had a great time here, big up to the receptionist that lady knows exactly what an excellent customer service means, will definitely come back soon. The food was well prepared, the chef, along with the waiter, understood the mission.

My husband and I are Travellers. We do road trips for fun and adventure. We passed by your hotel yesterday, 18 Dec. We needed a place to rest, freshen up and hubby wanted to watch soccer. Unfortunately, the rooms were fully booked but the help we received from everyone at your reception was exceptional. They even offered to charge our power-bank our phones had gone totally off. Unfortunately, we discovered too late on our way to Pretoria that we left with your model c charger. Please let me know how we can send it back. I will be dropping an email shortly to the email address I have seen here in the reviews.My 5 stars rating is for the hospitality and ubuntu shown by your team at the reception.

Beautiful place. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice deco it keeps your eyes busy. If you planning on staying longer pack your swimsuit their pool is BEAUTIFUL. The only boring thing is the food takes ages to arrive but when you eat ooohhhhh child you’ll realise the wait was totally worth it!!

The rooms are clean. I love their service, they make sure you are comfortable with your stay. I lodged a query in my room and it was attended immediately. I love the fact that it is located very close to Peter Mokaba Stadium and you don't struggle to get to N4.
