The place looks nice and clean, saw some nice machines on display.Unfortunately that's where it ended. Staff where sexist and condescending. Asking if I had got lost - being male in a sewing shop; if I asked a female in Repco a similar question... heads would explode.A nice lady there gave me the best advice - shop online.

Took my machine in because I had some issues with general use. The lady (unfortunately I didn't get her name) who helped me was so lovely & didn't make me feel like an idiot even though the problems I had were user error". Thank you so much"

Love this place, because the lady behind the counter is so friendly and nice so i decide to bought janome Hd9 from here. I just coming to ask and looking for the sewing machine but because of you, go home and bring new sewing machine but im so happy. Thanks
