It was my first time there today taking my baby. They refused to open a file for us using the medical aid certificate. Imagine wasting a day off for a lady who is in a rush and reduses to help u. Why do other medical practices helo without any hassles? This was really just stuipid

Use to be a good clinic, but going backwards. People that does the ultrasound are great. Won't be going back there again after been a client for more than 5 years. The cervice is delayed and don't seem to know what they are doing. They also asked me to wait outside while waiting inside with two kids with my wife, while other parents were alowed to.
