This team is absolutely fantastic. Romeo was especially helpfull after battling for over 2 months, 9 hours of calls and 27 different online Vodacom staff. Romeo solved my problem under one day and did not keep me holding or transfering to someone else. Excellent service well done!!

One of the places with the best customer service, as well as the people working their. They truly helped us out without any problems. They were really friendly, and also cared about the customer. Making sure to keep everyone happy.

Pathetic service. They are very reluctant to help you out. It's almost like they doing you a favour by helping you. You wait very long to be assisted, even though there is an army of employees in the store just playing on their phones.

Walked in there and waited 40min to be helped, only got heip after asking someone there for help while filming everything. And after all that they still couldn't help do a sim card swap because there haded been 5 numbers dialed on the sim card..... the number is mostly used for whats up. Perfectic vodacom..... further more, look at at the negative reports on this store and nothing has been done about it.

I am very Unhappy with this service, we have a wifi contract with them. And when we send emails telling them when to deduct the debit order they dont reply nore phone back or anything. Its been a week now and they still haven't done anything about it....
