They asked me to design one digital poster for them and gave me pictures to work on... I designed more than 10 charged then R500... when they were supposed to pay to came up with stories.this was on the 28 of march till today...Service providers should be carefully when dealing with this business.

Was an absolute horrible experience!!!I thought its only right to message them directly first, instead of going to social media about this. However I did not receive a reply in almost 3 weeks.I was very unhappy with the whole experience I got at House of Arabella.So the first day the lady said that normal cutex will smudge and that she cannot be liable for that (even though I wanted normal polish), so I had to go with gel nails, since I had a wedding that afternoon.The next day the gel already started to come off. So I made an appointment to just remove it since filling the nails it will not help. A week later when I went back, only one nail remained fine.The ‘soaking’ which actually is filing, was so sore. I actually shrieked a few times.But the results are that my nails were (and are still) paper thin. To the extent that I need to put of 4 layers of polish just for it not to burn when i wash my hands in cold or hot water.My nails are non existant and they are taring into the life.

Extremely Professional Service, Very clean smart and upmarket. Not to mention the Customer service. Professional hot stone message , the head massage an chocolate face mask was a cherry on the top. The glass of Champagne was even more relaxing, will definitely visit again. Also value for money foot message was extremely relaxing.
