I approached Kayla Tryon to rent out my fiancés property. I did not have a positive and personalised experience from the start. She doesn't answer calls, and neither does she return calls. I had to communicate only via whatsapp. She didn't make a single phone call and neither did she guide me through the process and provide any advice. We decided to go with Rawson only because we were desperate to get the property rented out, and a tenant was found. In hindsight, we really regret our decision.I didnt receive a rental payment for November and I messaged Kayla just to confirm if payment has been made, however she reads my message and does not respond. I understand that it is the weekend, however it is common courtesy to respond to a message if you have read it. Furthermore, if there was an issue with payment, why was this not communicated to us before me even querying it?Judging by the positive review that she posted on whatsapp status after ignoring my message, it doesn't seem like she gives all her clients that personalized and positive experience.There's just no care and consideration, and I find that unacceptable.
