Apprehensive to take my car for a wash due to negligence from previous car washes, the one here proved to be great. They were efficient and my car is sparkling! They also were meticulous at cleaning and there are no scratches! Yay!

Most slapdash carwash I’ve ever experienced. There were still water marks on my car afterwards, as well as water that was NOT dried off, which I pointed out to the cleaner. But with the confidence of a seasoned salesperson, the cleaner tried to sell the excuse that the marks left on my car would only be removed by having it polished… Just for reference these were water marks from the recent storms, my car isn’t even 2 weeks old, I haven’t even received my number plates from the dealership yet. Absolutely pathetic.

Cafe sells the best pies, salads, etc. However, the service from the petrol station is really slow and disappointing.

i came today for car wash. this car wash people they sleeping and the inside managment complaining about waking them up . they say this car wash is 24/7 but they busy complaining about car wash. busy saying it cold speacking as if an not around. it now over an hour i had been waiting here they dragging their feet as if they dont get paid. poor service i ever got.

They are a rip off with extras like oil and fuel injection fluid, wanted to charge me R120 for 350ml and when I questioned it it came down to R100, I checked online and you can get the same bottle from Takealot for R39! I wonder what else they are overcharging on.

I believe I am a fair person, but today was my first time using their cash wash and I regret it completely. Firstly, they were rushing our cars through the car wash because they wanted to go home, not actually cleaning the car. Secondly, apparently I only paid for a wash outside and so I was told I can't just pay for a wash inside, that next time we'll give you a full wash but just remember to pay correctly. " there's no real visible board with the pricing so that doesn't help.And the staff were rude and shaking their heads even after I said I'll pay

I won't be coming back here, honestly the car wash is a rip off you wait in a queue for 30-40min for a subpar wash.My car was very dusty when I brought it in, he gave it a light spray then used the same rag to wash my rims and then the rest of my boot undoubtedly creating scratches.While this was going, before I could say anything a gentleman and his son approached my car and pursued a long argument because something was stolen from his car. The Golf behind me even grew impatient and left.

The facilities and store are great but several of the petrol attendants​ on the night staff are remarkably impolite. This is not the first time that the staff has failed to maintain any semblance of workplace etiquette. There is only occasionally an exception to the rule.

I have just had a terrible experience at Total Senderwood, Johannesburg. I requested Delight, petrol attendant to fill up my car and to put 2.5 air pressure. My tank was half-full and I knew the range at which I was supposed to pay. After filling up, he told me the valve of the air pressure was to big for my right rear wheel, despite having used it for the other wheels. So he said I must drive to the other pump near the entrance. He charged me R490,62 instead of R390,62. After paying, I drove back and luckily no car had filled up yet. I could see in the review mirror that he was worried. When I asked him why he lied, he didn't not behave like someone who committed an error or sorry but he was written quilty. As a Psychologist, I could see that he was lying. I went to the cashier, Christan and I asked to speak to the manager, he said there was no manager. I requested supervisor, he said there was no supervisor. I then mentioned that I was going to contact Total National, only then he gave me the number of Vul and gave me my money back with the correct printed slip. It was clear that the two of them are running a fraud and they were not apologetic at all.

A nice place for us to start our Sunday morning motorcycle breakfast runs. Mugg and Bean usually good for a quick coffee, and the toilets are usually clean or are in the process of being cleaned but only at around 08h00-08h30. What is usually NEVER clean is the outside sitting area across the forecourt. This is usually very dirty with food and drink containers and only gets cleaned whilst we are there…. Suggestion: on a Sun morning when there are lots of cars and bikers wanting to meet at your venue, please can you have them clean the toilets and outdoor sitting area earlier ie be finished by 7am. It would make arriving at your venue a far more pleasant experience..
