They were able to fix my dstv when two other installers couldn't. The guys were thorough and explained everything they were doing while they were busy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not great service. Wire' left very untidy. Had to give advice to solve a problem. All new cable's put in, was unnecessarily, 2 hour job took 15 hours

The repair estimates I had received from other installers left me with little hope of a low-cost repair however, your technicians found the problem in a faulty R 5.00 connector and replaced it at no charge. Thank you, and well done! You will now receive the business from both my restaurants and my rental agency.

Gave my LG Smart TV in for repairs on the 30th of December 2021. That afternoon I was told that my TV will be ready on the morning of 31st of December 2021. Now that is service and sacrifice.

Professional and straight to the point. I was told that I would get a quotation on a repair job a day or 2 after I brought my TV to them, and only a few hours later I already quoted. Loved the speed and efficiency

After waiting for more than 30 minutes after the time the technicians were scheduled to arrive, I called the business to enquire about the technicians whereabouts. The business then reached out to the technicians. The technicians then informed me that they should arrive in 20 minutes. 25 minutes later, I called the business again. During this call, I was informed that the technicians are still invoicing another client and that they will then drive to my premises. On hearing this, I cancelled my order with immediate effect.Delays are understandable. However, it is important that in the case where a delay is foreseeable, the business needs to inform the client ahead of time, instead of letting the client run after the business and/or technicians for an update on progress.The business needs to improve internal communicate so as to avoid conveying incorrect information to the client(s).
