Had my 2018 Speed Triple 20000km Service done at Triumph Cape Town. Anthony and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Great service!

Joined for the Easter Ride , had to cut short due to other Family planning . Well run Shop and large stock . Great coffe as well .

Very happy with the work done on my Daytona.Only issue i have is that my chain snapped/failed the very next day after collecting my bike from the workshop after the service and work done to it. (First ride).The chain caused excessive damage to my bike including a bent shaft. There is no effort from their side to help me get the bike fixed. Im now sitting with a damaged bike that i cant get sorted as im being ignored.

I purchased a used bike from Triumph Cape Town and the whole experience was really fantastic. The sales people are knowledgeable, the workshop well organized and competent and most importantly, they carry spares! And they understand what after sales service and customer orientation really means. So there you go to all of you who wondered lately: there are still good and honest motorbike dealers out there...

Awesome service and fantastic bikes. Mike and Patricia are great ambassadors for the Triumph brand. I’ve been to several Triumph stores in Europe (I own a Speedmaster back in Norway), but this is the best customer experience I’ve had. I am super happy with my Bonneville T120.

I have had a couple of dealings with Triumph Cape Town and they have all been good. The shining star is Patricia. She is efficient, friendly and goes out of her way to help. She really is an example. Reading through your reviews, they are mostly good, let me apologise in advance. In my dealings with the Cape Town dealership over the years I have mostly been underwhelmed by the service and but for Patricia would not have gone back. She always did what she said she would do.. no exceptions.Recently I needed a part/accessory for my 675 Street. This would be the third time I was ordering this part having bought two previously both of which failed and were professionally repaired before failing again. So obviously a poorly designed accessory. I spoke to Joshua on the 3rd March, gave him all the details including part number and he assured me that he would pass my request onto Rick (parts). Not hearing anything, I called on the 8th March and spoke to Joshua again as Rick was not available. He said that he had passed on the info and would chase up Rick. Again hearing nothing I called the following week, 14th, and managed to speak to Rick himself. He admitted to having been given the information but, when pressed as to what was going on, he said and I quote it must have slipped my mind"! Needless to say
