Went to the opening on Friday, Daniella the artist was fantastic, unfortunately that was the only highlight. The service was an absolute disgrace, waited 45 minutes for the second round and an hour for the next round to arrive.We introduced friends to the venue for the first time, they won't go back and judging by the walk-outs neither will many more.Really hope this review is a wake up to the management!

I was disappointed by the service I got as a pool lover earlier this week. The shop had no coins to change the customers yet there is a manager on duty. Go to our place and see how their management runs all over to ABSA looking for change (learn from them), she can easily go there representing the shop and they will give her eniugh change, instead the barman had to leave his post to go and look for change whilst the manager was just making noise. Please improve on that but above all thumbs up for the food. Also because I was disappointed by the manager I want to urge her to learn how to speak with the workers and patrons in a respectful manner. Thank you.
