We will not be using droppa again. First time around, the parcel was returned to the sender although we were at home waiting for delivery. The driver never bothered to give me a call when he was obviously struggling to find the property despite clear instructions on how to reach us in the delivery notes. After having paid for a second service to try again, We spent 4 days making sure someone was home at all times to receive delivery, left notes to the delivery driver in two separate areas in our driveway and in the street, phoned and left instructions through the call centre and asked to get the delivery driver's number in case after all this he still couldn't find us... it took a whole week of battling (instead of the overnight express) to finally get our parcel. Needless to say, we would not recommend the service.

I have used their services a few times now. I'm very happy. Thought I should come here and give credit where it's due. I love how they make it easy to book courier. The prompt collection and delivery. I'm happy and I've used several couriers before.

Needed an important document sent urgently via Express; item was collected 12/4 and delivered, BUT to the WRONG address and recipient.When I queried this 15/4 - I was provided given a POD - which was signed by the incorrect consignee! I asked for an escalation manager or driver information since this was urgent, I was told no further assistance is possible and that Droppa or Skynet will contact me on the next work day.Between this time and the next work day, the parcel was given to the recipient albeit from their neighbour. On the 17/4 I initiated another follow up, for feedback.To date neither Droppa nor Skynet has contact me to explain why my parcel was delivered to a different recipient and more importantly without any communication or arrangement whatsoever.Rather pay the extra and use another courier service!

Definitely do not recommend this company. My package was suppose to be collected on the 28th of February,but it was collected on the 6th of March.On the 9th the status said that my package is on delivery but later that day changed to consignee not available they did not even call then they said they went to the wrong address.The following day they informed me that they can't deliver they will deliver on Monday. What annoys me the most is that I have to be the one asking everyday they don't inform me of changes even today the package has not arrived. I wish I read the reviews first.

Droppa is a horrible service provider to say the least. I booked a collection on Tuesday, they said they will collect it by Thursday. Come Friday morning, they still haven't collected it and then lied and said the driver arrived but the business was closed. The collection is at my house, there is no business how can it be closed?! The drivers lie through their teeth and nothing seems to be done about it. Between Tuesday and Friday I called over 30 times and the phone just rings, they never call you back. I want my money back and I want the world to know to NEVER use this service because they are as incompetent and unprofessional as it gets. Horrible, useless liars.

pathetic that you need to contact them over 24hrs later because your parcel has not been collected! It's over 24hrs and the parcel has been ready since yesterday. Don't know what the driver smokes but he's clearly not doing his job as no one has been in contact

So first time I used them and have decided not to use them again.I received my Waybill late afternoon on the 29th of November after placing the order for courier the morning before 09:00am. Thought oky, they will collect on the 30th November. I tried phoning as it is afternoon again and they still haven't came to pick it up. There is no other way of contacting them and you can't get through to anyone. I even considered adding them to our e-commerce platform but after this experience, not happening.In the end I ended up with a very angry customer giving me a bad review while back at the range it is the courier company that is absolutely useless. Going back to DSV.

DO NOT USE. No accountability for driver with no insurance and no hand-break, smashing into the back of my car!!The driver showed up late, alone (despite asking for a second person) and WITH a BROKEN HAND-BREAK on a truck he plans to move heavy items with. We found this out when he smashed into the back of my car while trying to leave. The driver insists he has never been asked for insurance, despite Droppa claiming that the drivers must have insurance. The manager said to me how are we supposed to control if they have insurance or not?".... WHAT??Eventually tired of being ignored

I wouldn't recommend or use this service again. Their driver was an hour and 40 minutes late, after he called me to make arrangements earlier than the time I had booked. Once all my furniture was offloaded he said that everything was fine and left, a few minutes later my helper told me that she saw that my chest of drawers was badly damaged but by then the driver had taken off without informing me. I immediately contacted Droppa customer service and part of their response, after supposed investigation" was "The damages were so big that they would have been visible after our driver offloaded the vehicle." as if I was lying about the damage. I am not impressed so say the least.Your driver is lying to you yet you keep blaming me. I have already provided all the evidence required! Along with screenshots. Take accountability before you make accusations."

I am most impressed. They accommodated the collection time to suit our needs. It arrived within 24 hours. Minus one star because they could improve the communication with the receiver. But all in all, great experience
