Auto Magic Strijdom Park

Very happy with the service received from Auto Magic. My insurer sent me to them for damage along three side panels. Once they had the parts, they fixed the car in half the time initially estimated. They were generally very good in sending frequent SMS updates once the car was in their shop. The quality of the repairs is well matched to other panels.

if i could give them a zero i would, took my car for repair to my right doors i was referred by the insurance company. went back to collect the car and on my way back i notice a funny sound coming from the car i went back to them advise and the guy who was working on the was very rude didn't even wanna have a look at the car and told me he does not wanna get involved and now i am sitting without a car as i had to take it for more evaluation and there ended up breaking more things on the car then them fixing the car. i would never recommend them to anyone the most unprofessional panel beaters i ever dealt with

Absolutely disappointed in the service provided!I thought that this would be a reputable company as the insurance company was referring me to Auto Magic in order to get my car fixed.I will never recommend Auto Magic to anyone or if an insurance company is referring me to make use of Auto Magic, I will insist on a different company, luckily the market in the car industry is highly competitive!

Great service and communication. Updates during the repairs every 2 to 3 days. Very professional and loved the work they did on my car. Did take 2 days longer than expected, but not any complaints as they did great work. Will definitely recommend.

Great paint job and friendly sales team but unfortunately I was not impressed with the quality of work done restoring my car. There was a few things covered up and due to procedure I could not get a quote shared with my ensurer, to see what was fixed.

I was informed frequently of the repair stages my car went through over a period of 3 weeks and I also was able to communicate via e-mail when I had questions. The car was ready for collection on the promised date and the paint job was done super.

Took my SUV car there got it back with a mirror that the paint start peeling off and they said it was wear and tear. But they got no previous photo of it being faulty. They could not even buff the entire car after fixing the bumper. Now my car is two shades of white. They did not even clean the roof leaving polish compound on the roof. Clips in the car is missing, the front seat cover was remover and not put back yet the work was on the bumper.Don't use them. They are useless.Not happy with the service.

Had a repair done via my insurance , the repair is now cracking and has rust build up on it (poor repair quality) was told that they now have a new owner and that the last one was responsible for this,said they will rectify the matter but they need to wait for the courtesy car. It's been 4 months and I heat they're still waiting for the courtesy car hence they haven't called me to come back??? So ridiculous.
