My went to this shop for some assistance and she was made to wait from 10:45 in the morning until 2:45 afternoon. She was told someone is coming and no one did. My questions is how does someone wait that long at your shop and no one gets concerned about it, especially having an elderly woman sitting there and no one seems to cares.

I went there looking for a phone2 days in a row they dont have a reason why i am waiting for more than 4 hours each day. Everything is blamed on the system , terrible service

I am currently at the MTN Store in South Gate Mall.The service from the people who are supposed to be at Teller 3 and 4 is terrible, it actually seems only Teller 3 is working. The other three working stations are unoccupied. The service is slow as can be.

The ladies at Mtn Southgate lack customer service. Instead of resolving a quiry they kept on saying we should come back on Monday when the manager is there. It's as if you can only be assisted by the person who last assisted you the other day, they can't continue resolving someone's queries. My phone was not working the whole weekend
