Probably the worst service I’ve had in any shop in a long time. No one bothers to help, after having to ask someone after a long while (busy minding their own business)… they hardly speak 2 words or communicate with me. Don’t answer my questions. Also did not bother saying ‘thank you’ or good bye after I made a purchase. Hardly ever even smile. Sjo why are you in customer service if you can’t be bothered with the customer. And it’s everyone in the shop….

American Swiss!!! Absolutely appalled by your Waterfront Cape Town branch. My 6 year old niece got her ears pierced by a employee at your store. Employee had no clue what she was doing. Got the gun stuck in her ears and was clueless as to what to do as she frantically used tweezers to try to release the piercing gun and increased the trauma aswell as caused more damage and severe injury. My nieces mom had to eventually get the piercing gun loose and remove the piercing. The employee did not give us an indemnity form to sign prior to doing the piercing. They were completely complacent of the problem they caused. The store manager refuses to give us a statement of the incident that occurred. 2 weeks have passed and they have not contacted us back to apologize nor amend this matter or resolve it. Disgusting that such a large enterprise does not consider this serious. I will not be leaving this. Thankfully we recorded the ordeal and will be dealing with this matter.

The service was superb

The selection is not bad, they have quite a few pretty rings that are suitable for lower budgets. This said, the lady who assisted us was uninterested, she looked down on us a bit when we told her our budget. She was not very friendly and didn't know much about the rings she was showing us. When asked what was the name of the one ring I liked so I could order it online, she looked at the tag and said it's called silver". She also told me the N ring size is the smallest there is. I am glad I ended up finding a lovely family jewellery in Somerset West where I received a warm treatment to buy a beautiful

Amy and Sandi gave the best service ever. Their smiles brought warmth and they helped us in choosing our gift. They deserve a promotion and all the good the universe has to offer. Thank you so much ladies

Awaiting almost 2 weeks for a call back for a cash refund. They don't keep enough cash on the premises to do a refund of a small item. Poor service. They said they would call when they have enough cash to refund... still nothing.

Their jewellery quality is very bad but is expensive. I dont recommend them at all from any branch even whatsoever. I bought quite a few times from different branches. Their gold isn't even good nor is their necklaces as they keep breaking despite using it delicately.
