The manager is extremely helpful and tries to assist you in anyway he can. The staff are punctual, neat and very professional. They strive to meet the requirements of the client. Overall the experience was exceptional and I will definitely recommend them.

I would go for another more reliable cleaning service provider or go through all the reviews before hiring this company for any assistance.Over the phone, Mobile Maids was very professionally and polite. However, they did not meet the necessary cleaning standard. My clothes were left stained under their care, and i asked them to not touch the laundry as i had contracted them only to clean the house. When i asked them to rectify the issue, they blatantly ignored me. I tried calling them telephonically and left them several messages to no avail.To date, i have not been able to reach them, but i did inform them that i would be leaving this unfortunately poor review of their services.thank you.

One of our concerns was after the floor has been sanded and redone, will we find a team/company to clean it to ensure no dust is left?That question was answered by mobile maids under the supervision of Siphiwe.. They clean the whole house and ensure no traces of dust from sanding was left.. I am proud of the work they have done and I can safely recommend them.Plus, they keep to time.. if they say they will come at 10am, it is at 10am they come with all team members + the tools..Siphiwe insisted that I thoroughly inspect the house before they hand it over which is a mark of a person believing in the team to deliver quality work. I am proud of the work the ladies did and proud of the team..

Great company to work with. We hired them to clean a whole house for new tenants and they under-quoted for the job based on our description. We had to insist they charge us more because they believed in sticking with the original price. We are extremely happy with the work done and will certainly look to use them again.
