Fantastic service. I ordered the wrong boots for my doggies but I was able to change my order hassle free.the boots arrived the next day. Trixie active boots is a quality product.

I bought a window cover, 3 toys and a life vest, and the delivery was very prompt, the toys are great quality, the life jacket is amazing, and customer service was beyond great. In all my correspondence with them they were so friendly and helpful. If I could give them 6 stars I would and if I had a bigger budget, I'd definitely buy from them again without any hesitation. I recommend this store to anyone with a pet, especially people who have special needs pets as they stock ramps and accessibility leads for recovering pets, and even little rat harnesses. If you like hiking they have hiking harnesses and doggy shoes so they don't hurt their paws.I also recommend reaching out to the owner and chatting about what issues you're experiencing with your pet ,they helped me find bulterriër proof dog toys and a life jacket so, I genuinely and honestly recommend them.

Great shoes! Niema is still getting used to the shoes, but now the tracks on Devilspeak are much more comfortable for her almost 11-year old feet.

Our German shorthaired pointer kept on injuring his front paw nails when running on rough terrain.... our vet bills for his torn nails was a bit much. We got him some Walker active boots from Furball Pet Products and he wears them on the front paws with baby socks that I bought from Pep Stores ..... we did a trail over the weekend on rough terrain and it worked absolutely perfect. The dog loves his boots.

Ordered my first hammock for dogs about 5 years ago. Still going strong (I choose the non-waterproof one at the time). Since then I got another beagle and they are both serious water babies! Phoned Diane and she could see on her info which one I ordered previously. I bought the same one again but waterproof this time!! Very happy with the service!
