Insurance company with good service

If it were possible to give no stars I would. If you are ever in the position of being a third party, hope that you don't have to claim from these guys. A 30 day pay out policy? In 2017? For a simple bumper replacement? And that's after waiting 40 days for the claim to be approved, with absolutely minimal communication from the claims department. Do yourself and everyone on the roads around you a favour, and go with an established and reputable insurance company instead.

Worst worst worst... An insured driver (rider) ploughed into my car while he was coming up the wrong side of the road on his Harley Davidson. Major damage to my vehicle but almost impossible to claim 3rd party as their legal team are instructed to protect only the company and procrastinate while dodging accountability. I have had to claim from my insurance as a result, losing my no claim bonus of almost 70k as well as having to fork out the excess. We will be suing the rider in his personal capacity as a result. Check the track record of these garage based" companies. Appalling service and extremely unprofessional to say the least!"

Did my first claim recently with Cross Country after only being with them for only 2yrs. Didn't know what to expect or how it would go, they say you only know how good your insurer is once you've done your first claim! but had no issues with them they were friendly and fast! I would recommend them to anyone!
