I wish the staff were better trained in various crafts. They know the stock and nothing about actual crafts and what products are best. I find the service very slow and always have to look for some one to assist. A pity..i really love the store. No new stencils for months...ive asked and asked but the staff show no interest.

Ameliza is really a great ambassador for the store and the PNA franchise. We asked about some repairs needed on our daughter's school bag and she said she will let us know if the supplier is still open for repairs. We left the store without leaving our details and she remembered my name from a past enquiry and made contact about a hour later. I was blown away! Really impressed and the supplier is still taking repair orders. Thank Ameliza and PNA for having some of the best customer support staff in Pretoria? Gauteng?

PNA Moreleta has a large variety of stationery, books and other crafts available. I have found their prices to usually be decent and their service to be good for the most part. A worthwhile visit.

Great store to find everything you need from the school stationary list. Some of the staff is friendly and helpful. There are also those that will just loomk at you and ignore you. I like that the store is big and has variety of stationary. There's also good specials in January for back to school.
