Helene sold my house and she went above and beyond the duties of an estate agent. Nothing was ever too much for her. I moved a year ago, and the house has been empty, and she did much more than is expected. She made sure my garden is neat, she cleaned the house before taking clients through, and when I had a problem with my alarm and my gate motor, she was there to assist with that as well. She never complained about all the extra things she had to do for me, because I was too far away. I have never had an estate agent care so much, she was absolutely brilliant.

My house was sold by Kevin, i keep on reciving calls from other agens to sell my house, and i could not understand why but the property in question is still being advertized on private property. When i contacted Kevin i recived a snotty coment that it is not my house but it is on the photos or what it looked like when i sold it.

These people placed my home on Property 24 without my knowledge or my permission. When contacting them they were evasive and could not even identity the person who's name was on the listing. Unethical behavior to say the least

If there was a negative 10 star, I would rate that! Been trying to get hold of their Benoni agent for 2 days, does not answer calls or return emails. Even left a message at the office
