My child was placed in Thembisa while we live in Midrand, mind you. I applied on 22 July. Went through an appeal process, sent from pillar to post and finally ended up at this office. If useless was a person. Well, I'm told the Department has done what they can, take the child to Thembisa or leave it. The S.A we live in!

The place was empty. People left early. On a Friday. I did however get help from 2 employees who went out of their way to assist me. We need such service. Their names are Bongiwe and Danny. Big ups to you guys. Keep up the good work. I went back today and got a much better and faster service. Place was full of staff and were very productive

the service was not so great. I applied for a matric certificate June 2021, and when i went to collect, i was told it had not been processed. It was only processed January 2022 and i got it late Feb 2022. Also these offices need to have proper working phones not a call center. That would be really helpful.

Went there to get my matric statement. Really quick and efficient service. I was in and out of there in 10-15 minutes tops. The lady explained nicely all the documents needed. The only problem is that you cannot get through to the department by calling them, their phones are always busy.

Sometimes I wonder why can we not have private organisations that can do what the government can do. Let’s say I have not got my matric certificate I applied for since 2019, whenever I get there I am told it has not come through. And they are rude, it’s as if they are forced to come to work.

There's a lady,should have asked for her name honestly ,her treatment is one of the best ,the most calm and loving person I've met, second lady from the door(the section of the collection side) ,I'd like to thank her so much for her service .

This is the district Noth department of education. Which is based in the heart of Braamfontein. Functioning building with water and lights, reception staff in place. Standard security at door. Building it self, has number of floors for different services. Above all , the building is equipped with number of stuffs to assist with regards to your visit, you won't be neglected and be kept on long queues.
